About communication, at least the Canidate can express well, otherwsie how can they work with a person who can't communicate well. Misunderstanding only can waste their time. Most of technical position don't need high level spoken English. But some positions need high level communication skills. For instance, account manager, business analyst, leader or manager position, they need contact not only customers but also interal colleagues frequently.If the employees can't speak English well, how can they lead whole team and have those cosumers for long time so that they can earn money for the company? Remeber: Communication is business. |
