请教，医疗保险？谢谢！

我们保险有提可买矫形鞋等。我们单位的印度人一直鼓动我用保险去买鞋，黑人也说错过了就错过了，就浪费了。保险上写：Limits on: Orthopaedic shoes - 75% of 1 pair/yr (annual max $500) and Orthotics: 100% of 1 pair (annual max $500)
有谁知道，第一年就能用这个保险行吗？什么是Orthotics？
还有massage等没病也能使用吗？保险上写：Paramedical: chiropractor, osteopath, naturopath, podiatrist, massage therapist and physiotherapist at $25/visit (annual max $1200)
家庭保险的，除了雇员可以有这些保险，家属、小孩是否也享受？
大家有没有好的公司（多伦多），可以帮忙介绍一下。谢谢！

我们牙医保险包括：
a) Basic dental care including Pit & Fissure
b) Dentures
c) Orthodontics
d) Major restorative
e) Dental Recall
不知道种植牙是否在这个保险范围内？谢谢！
