the law says 10 days, any more days is benefit or a part of compensation package.

Law 可没这样硬性规定只10天,以后的算什么benefit ,Law是这么说的:

"The basic entitlement is two weeks of vacation for every completed 'year of employment.' After six consecutive years of employment with the same employer, the entitlement increases to three weeks of vacation."

同时LAW没有限定上限,因此,有的公司可以给员工5-6周,甚至更多的带薪假.

请你把条文看完,它后半句说的是什么?而我帖子里的"只"是什么意思?我并没否认基本年假是二周这点,但我要说的意思是法律并没强行规定"只"是二周,二周是最低的,在同一个单位连续工作时间在6年以上的可以有3周.你给我来一句什么"two weeks = 10 work days! ",简直就是牛头不对马嘴.
