Odfish's suggestion is completely right. why donot we complain with written material to some authorities, rather than the schoolboard.

Yes, this teacher should be dismissed. you can directly tell them that this teacher should apologize and be fired by reason of racial discrimination.

Anyway, you must believe firmly that this is the severe racial discrimination, (must believe firmly)！ and you must believe firmly that this teacher will revenge on your girl because of the school's incorrect attitude.

As I know, whether your complaint is reasonable or not, in Canada the relevant social sections take your pionts for granted first. they would take some certain ways to protect you, then they will investigate...

是校长让你闺女回家的.你找她投诉有用嘛! 我觉得最起码老师都要跟你闺女道歉.要不然她那幼小的心灵会怎么想?
咱们自己说自己的孩子是"香焦"这个不算什么,如果一个西人并且是为人师表的老师说我们的孩子是香焦, 那么这个对我而言我是坚决不干的. 说这两个词就是变相的种族歧视.

这个老师应该被开除, 要不然她还会想方设法的折腾你闺女.
我建议你投诉用上种族歧视,这点西人很怕的.

我如果是你,我不会和学校多罗唆.

我回直接和上级的教育部门联系.不能说COMPLAIN,只是反应情况.问他们遇到这样的事,怎么处理.停课大概也是可以的,但是老师平时有歧视孩子的动机,让我很不放心.

六岁的孩子,还是懂事的,尤其的女孩.我不会让自己的孩子受这种欺负.如果的来自同学间的,到算了,老师不能这样.我想我可能回给孩子转学.

建议一定要先于学校现沟通情况，确认事实情况后，再complain. complain时，要据理力争，语气可强烈，但不可太冲动，不能失去控制。

这边的法例和条例，有很多是我们无法理解的。大家去google上找一下，会发现不少，小孩被警方铐走的例子，真不可思议，如一个6岁的小孩偷了邻居10元钱，就被铐走了，6岁的小孩哪里会偷？没准是好奇，就拿走了。

这篇报道真是不可思议，可能是美国的暴力行为太多了。
一般来说，未经家长同意学校无权搜查学生的东西。因为家长才是学生的真正监护人。更不能因为学校丢失了东西就怀疑学生。？？？

因为孩子受了惊吓，教育局就会指派一个心理辅导员。瞧，这就是老外常干的事，办事非常的夸张离谱。啥事没有，警车，救护车一起来，外加三辆消防车。
大家看了华枫首页那个女教师被枪击的新闻了吗？枪击地点在停车场，而且枪手已经驾驶小客车离开现场，非要整那么多的人力，警车，救护车及消防车把整个学校封锁3小时，还令所有的师生叭在地上，人为地给学生制造恐怖，事后再给学校配给心理辅导员，简直就是神经病做法。

If you are in toronto, please read this document carefully. THere are rules about behaviour and punishment. (I did not read. Just found FYI)
If you are not in TOronto, try to find the similar regulation in your city.

You have to know the base of your argument. Or you will be easily turned down by citing any regulation that you don't know.

Be rational all the time when you argue. It is important. Being angry does not help you win.

My daughter is in grade 4, there is a principal in her junior public school, In the principal's name card, the title is "Principal".
Also, They have a former principal, who left one year ago.

Thanks for pointing out my typo. It is principal. Every elementary school has a principal.

My son is in high school, also have a principal and a vice principal.

School has the right to detention or let student no school for a day or even longer if having reasonable reasons, but principals or teachers can not abuse any students orally or physically.

那老师很紧张，竭力抵赖，说香蕉之说是为活跃气氛的幽默语言， dislike和as an animal之说是特殊环境下特指小孩不听话的行为。怎么能基于5岁孩子的话认定这事。我说你的工作对象就是孩子，任何人来调查不问孩子问谁？
校长也竭力为老师辩护。问我如何知道这些事，说我没有权力在没有家长的情况下与其他孩子谈话（其实这还是其他家长告诉我的），只有她（校长）才有这个权力，我说我只问其他孩子我孩子在学校的表现，既然只有你有这个权力你怎么能在没做任何调查的情况下就否认这件事? 如果真有这样的事该如何发现？校长挺尴尬。我说我相信你是公正的（--天晓得），你应该调查以后再作结论。如果你不调查我只有把这件事反映到权威机构请他们调查。然后她答应明天调查后给我结果。
还有谈话中他们总是试图把话题转移到我小孩的教育上。走时那老师面无表情，瘫坐在椅子上。
我不相信校长会作什么公正调查，但至少她会重视这件事。她还说我用的词如discrimination等太strong。

如一个6岁的小孩偷了邻居10元钱，就被铐走了，6岁的小孩哪里会偷？没准是好奇，就拿走了。

我听过一个这样的例子
一个孩子被寄放在别人家里一个礼拜，然后偷了主人的钱包，拿了钱和信用卡，其他的都仍马桶了
还把窗户打开，让人觉得是小偷来过了。300园半天内花掉一半，，最后家长回来对孩子一点都没有责备。
在这里家长对孩子凶也可能会被孩子投诉，，就变成孩子没有办法好好管了
但是这个社会又要大家学会互相尊重，包括小孩子在内你都要会尊重他们
不能用打和骂的方式来教导他们，是希望大人不要用他们的权利来管治控制小孩子
不代表不可以管教，，所以你说警察来了吓倒小孩子了
但是也有发生事情这样不管的家长，所以自己犯错自己承担，这个社会的模式，，，

keep on using the word "discrimination" if possible. From your newly post I see this principal is quite cunning, she asked how did you know that matter and something else, surely she understands the school rules much more than us. therefore, tomorrow you'd better not answer her trap questions, just get her reply and result about this matter.
I assume that tomorrow she would like to appease you and your child, and deny the racial discrimination, which does not matter.
remember you only want justice(apology and pledge).
