最简单的办法:想像胯以上除了一根脊柱外什么都没了,同时头往上顶,再配以肚子呼吸,就成了。

补充一点:在行功走架时,除了意在脊柱外,还要把末梢撑起来,比如:伸展手指,五趾抓地。不然,就会给人有缩手缩脚的感觉,劲不能到达末梢。人体好像是一个拨浪鼓,脊柱是那根中轴,如果没有系在两根绳子上的小球,只是那两根绳子,这个拨浪鼓也响不起来。
这是不是太极的一种功法啊?搞得像鸟似的,站在树枝上,爪子勾着树杈~~五指抓地,好像不符合解剖学里正常的力学原理啊~~

我不会说文绉绉的太极文字,这些是心得体悟,用自己的语言来描述。这一点不奇怪,很多武术里的原理都是从飞禽走兽那里启发来的,我倒希望有像鸟似的站在树枝上爪子勾着树杈的能力。
根据运动解剖学原理,人的正确站姿应该是脚趾尽量离地并且分开,让每只脚的4个corner着地,这样,即使是有平足的人,也可以造出一个人造的 arch,并且增加动作的稳定和平衡性。武术里面挺奇怪的,脚趾要抓地,这样的方法,虽然比较简单偷懒,但最终会以损伤韧带为代价,并且可能联系到人的脊椎,造成问题~~

真的假的?这坛里有的是医生,是不是这回事?我只是觉得,抓地就有根,不抓地发力时会感觉缺点什么。
医生有个啥用?除非学过运动解剖学。你自己试试看就知道了。人的身体总是喜欢容易的方法,五指抓地你的腿部需要用力嘛?你的膝关节会向上提吗?进而你的大腿肌肉会向内旋转吗?你两条腿内侧的小肌肉群们会收紧吗?就是身体喜欢偷懒,你们才喜欢五指抓地,不用其它肌肉的配合,就感觉好像有根,其实那个跟本不牢靠,少了腿部肌肉的配合,被人家一撞就倒了~~

我照你说的去试了试,你说的都对。但经过对比,我的结论是:太极拳要的就是这种“偷懒”的状态。太极拳是非常讲环保的,非常吝啬的,太极拳只需要有用到的肌肉做功,没有用到的肌肉就暂时放松。五趾抓地能使腿部大部分肌肉不用力,就能站稳且吸住地面。而且,正因为大部分肌肉不用力,处于待命状态,所以,运动变化起来很灵...
不客气了。只是我很疑惑,没有力量,光有灵活性又有什么用呢?只有力量达到了一定程度,才能提高灵活性和柔韧性。肌肉保护里面的组织。如果不用肌肉的力量,就很容易受伤。虽然太极是一项独特的运动,但是所有运动的通用法则还是一致的。就像如果你不收紧你的小腹部而去做运动,你的下腰背就容易受伤一样。作为健身运动,更应该顺着人体的自然规律而设计咯。你能告诉我,太极为什么是这样相反的吗?

并不是所有的肌肉都能看到的。有时候肌肉酸疼从外面根本摸不到。而且肌肉也不都是凸起的。还有就是上面有一层肥膘,呵呵,就更看不见什么了。

等啥时候能调控骨架了,也就知道俺的意思了。

当值的肌肉要很能干才行,原来3、4块肌肉一起收缩完成的动作,现在由骨架子自我平衡分摊一部分,因为骨肉分离,筋、韧带也会捎带着帮点忙,还有一部分要少量肌肉来完成,而且收缩的方式还是相对横向的,要是当班的肌肉不壮的话是完不成任务的。

和现代医学比较违背。如果没有肌肉的支撑,仅靠骨骼关节,则关节磨损会很严重。
同感,不过也许太极的原理就是这样吧,就像瑜伽里面的阴瑜伽~~

我很赞同放松的练法,但你总强调用骨骼支撑,我觉得慎的慌。我觉得关节好活,肌肉筋腱运动合理,这都是对的,但是磨骨头是有害的。

好比用手玩两个铁球,开始时铁球在一起磨,再后来铁球偶尔会撞在一起,再后来,完全可以两个球谁也不碰谁,一样转的很快。

我觉得关节也应该追求这个目标,最后并没有骨骼之间...
那肯定的,想象,如果 bone to bone,整个人不就塌陷下去了,人老了为什么会变矮,就是因为主要是vertebrae之间的间距变小了,没有其它 connective tissue 的支撑,人怎能保持正确的姿势呢?骨头之间是靠什么连接的?如果真用骨骼支撑,那要这些连接物干什么?

恩,神经也是传递物质的,对运动很重要。不过就膝盖来说。我觉得主要是肌肉筋腱的事情
不要总是“我觉得”,还是要多学习一下。从中医来说,膝盖有那些个穴位?别忘了那些都是神经丛。解剖学来说,这里加拿大的RMT一般不会多给你按摩膝盖后方,因为神经太多,怕发生事故~~
