根据自己有限的一点点运动知识和经历,乱说两句。 基本上任何运动其实都有放松的要求。瑜伽也是,有的时候要紧,也是紧中有松。 小学的时候参加过几天少体校训练,中短跑队。印象最深的是教练总要求跑的时候放松。跑前和跑后都要互相按摩。把腿部肌肉揉松。高中三年级参加学校运动会,跑100米。因为高三学习紧张,早就放弃锻炼。我一个报考体育学院的哥们就给我制定了一个礼拜的锻炼计划,也就每天跑3/5趟100米而已。比赛前,他让我慢跑200米左右热身,然后就给我揉腿。而其他选手都在练冲刺什么的。最后我跑了第一, 进13秒以内。应该差不多是我这辈子跑的最快的一次。对手们个子都比我高,身材也健壮。200米,因为这哥们自己参加别的项目,我也没有特别在意放松(因为得了100米冠军,也轻敌),肌肉紧张,跑了一半抽筋了。放弃比赛。 跟我们县的乒乓球冠军聊天,他说他打得好,就是因为松得下来。 小时候劈柴,有一个直径大概30公分,长2米半朽的木桩子。特别难劈,邻居大叔在午睡,被我吵得睡不着,干脆过来帮忙。他三下两下就给劈开了。他让我劈给他看,说我有两个毛病:第一,没有用到腰腹力。第二,胳膊太紧张。他说劈柴,手要握紧斧头,但是胳膊要松。抡起来才有劲,不会乱弹。 玩过攀岩,刚学的时候,很紧张(恐高),爬过10几米的高度基本就精疲力竭了。不用人家说,我自己也知道,是肌肉紧张。看高手爬的时候,肌肉能松就松,该用力才用,决不浪费。 看运动比赛,如果留神一下,会发现那些高手都是很松的,这个松,可不是精神松懈,精神会专注,但是肌肉会放松。可以体会一下穿针的感觉。拳击和MMA的视频很多,打得好的,都很松沉。你看Fedor,绝对放松。 人的力量是要肌肉来支持,这点疑问应该不多。但是用力的时候反而要放松(除非是推车搬东西之类)。紧很容易,但是松却很难:我想这是太极强调松的原因之一吧。 李小龙的截拳道书里面也是很强调松。提到拳头要有鞭子抽出去那种感觉。。。 但是松,并不等于软。也不是太极强调筋骨,就没有力量训练。这个方面,这里练太极的很多,不用我这外行多说。 |

武术里面的丹田劲,我理解就是腰胯的劲. 猫说的收腹, 瑜伽的core power其实跟丹田劲有相同的地方. 咏春/李小龙说是腰马. 我学了点心意(行意), 里面很多所谓的练丹田力. 其实都是针对小腹的各种角度旋转,涨缩的练习. 体会一下,由腰胯地旋转带动手臂(放松) 打出去的力量要比单纯手臂挥动的力量大得多. 拳击的摆拳是靠后脚的蹬地,加上腰胯地旋转实现的.要求也是手臂放松,拳头在打中目标的时候握紧. 瞎掰太多了.浪费版面了.见笑 |
