今日晚餐又来啦，这回不是剩饭剩菜了~~~

荤的 - grilled lemon and herbs chicken breast

做法 - 买的现成的腌好lemon and herbs chicken breast，电griller预热5分钟，把鸡肉放上griller，盖上盖子，5-8分钟。

素的 - baby spinach with red seedless grape and grapefruit salad（用pink grapefruit颜色会更好看）

做法 - baby spinach半盒，red seedless grapes一大把洗洗一切两半，grapefruit半个去皮去衣，在一个大的mixing bowl里，加入适量extra virgin olive oil，少许盐，one pinch of black pepper，几滴balsamic vinegar调味，toss一下，就好了。吃啦~~~

咋搞得压，auto focus又糊了，将就看看八。。。

嗯嗯，谢谢狗叔~~~啥时候有时间了，弄点像样的东东再来骗奖状~~~

一般是应该放grape tomato的，不过那天家里没有，只有red seedless grape，就变通了一下~~~

其实最好吃的还是中餐，可惜做中餐太费时间，主要的，偶喜欢吃的菜菜偶都做得不好~~~

所以，算啦，整点容易的八~~~
