默认 【求助】为什么我的馒头做的象面疙瘩?

今天在家做馒头,但是让人大跌眼镜啊,竟然就象一个个的面疙瘩,而且很硬,请问这是怎么回事啊?因为上一次还是发的好好的呀?是否是我的发酵粉放少了呢?谢谢!

很简单有效

6 CUP(量杯) ALL PURPOSE的面粉加 2CUP水, 用SUPERSTORE买的湿YEASTER加一小勺BAKING POWDER 就应该能发起来了.

每次都发的很好. 另外我喜欢用面包机.

我做满头,每次都发的很好
原料:all purpose面粉,dry yeast,水
1、用一碗温水把yeast调开,放10分钟左右,将其激活。
2、适量水和面,想吃硬一点的馒头就少放水,软馒头多放水
3、和好的面盖好,室温下3-4小时左右,冬天可放在暖气口。发好的面用手按一下比较容易复原。
4、做好馒头后,放30分钟再点火
5、大火,从开始冒蒸汽15-20分钟熄火
6、10分钟后再开盖
