请问各位大侠,怎么把ING银行的钱取出来?

请教有经验的老大，
我已经在ING开美元和加元帐户，在TD有加元和美金支票帐户但没有支票，能打电话给ING建立ING和TD对应帐户的LINK吗？我好像在哪看到可以LINK多达三个帐户。
