岛上的房子真TM贵

我房东把她的房子卖了, 第一个OFFER就是$650,0000, 最后竟然卖了$670,000
房子也不大, 两层, 上面三房一厕, 下面一房一厕, 怎么这么贵啊
想我在这么贵的房子里也住了一年, 真超值啊!

是啊是啊, 是谁误导说这里的房子便宜的. 连租房子都很贵.
另外感觉今年岛上的人比去年增多了. 越来越多看上去象新移民的人.

呵呵, 那些中国移民, 看起来都超有钱的, 所以来岛上享受来了

the real estate market is totally different with the way it runs in Vancouver.
most of the house buyers here are millionaire from U.S and East of the Canada. They just cost a bunch of money for a home with view.
the worst thing is we are the people under poverty and living in paradise.
