请教各位：如题，如果想找个电工的入门级（学徒）的，那个中介合适？因为已经有了个CONSTRUCITON ELECTRICITY的DIPLOMA。谢谢。

Hi;

somebody heard " Aerotek" ? I check internet and said it's the second large staff agency in US, and the six large in the world. But I never heard people mention it. Today I got a phone call from this agency and said the resume I sent to them is matched to a position which a company asked this agency to look for a right person.The gay talked to me on the phone, then asked me to their office, I went there and communciated about my former job, then compared with the position they are looking for now, look like the gay isn't familar with the job which I did before, so he let me send more information to him and he tried to talked to the hiring manager, but he said he isn't sure the position will belong to me or not.

Acturally I'm not familiar with agency's process, kindly somebody can tell me ?
First: you heard " Aerotek" or not?
Secondly: Such kind of process is normal or not?

在toronto的图书馆里面，有一本reference book: Canadian directory of Searching frim 2003，带电子版CD的，里面有加拿大几乎所有的中介名单，包括城市，地址，行业，甚至起点薪水. agincort图书馆就有，带CD的。fairview mall的图书馆只有书借，他们不给CD看。
建议大家带一个laptop去copy回家慢慢研究。可别告诉图书馆员，说是我说的哦。
