大家来总结一哈GTA都有哪些咱们华人眼里的所谓好区，比如密市的streetsville----

mississauga lorne park, mississauga road, india road, mineral road.

toronto, around high park , cedarvale ,rose dale.

there are a lot of good area in toronto downtown

maple(vaughan)

castlemore(brampton)

by the way i don't think unionville is agood area, becuase tooo many chinese now

我只知道市区里的，不知道何谓华人眼中的好区
South of eglinton:
- cabbage town
- annex
- bloor west village
- danforth greek town (especially around withrow park area)
- the beaches
- rosedale
- forrest hill
- christie & st claire area
- high park (indian grove & indian road)
- south kingsway that area

no.this is what JJ said.school is nothing.
there are a lot of program in good school, if you kid not in the program,even if in this famouse school, is no good

here is some point:

1.neiboughood is good, help each other and very polit
2.quiet, no noisy, no kids crying everywhere
3.clean, trees, lawn
4.no renting
5. no cars parking along the road, few cars parking in the driveway,most of the car parking in the garage
6.safe
7.less minority
8.less new immigrant

are you Chinese?? if you are, then you and your family have "polluted" the area you are living (that is your logic).

俺不清楚unionville在那, 但很直白的告诉了华人是好区的污染源(话难听, 但就这理儿). 俺学理工的,英语一般, 只能这么简单理解这个逻辑. 说愤青那是冤枉我.

俺不清楚unionville在那, 但很直白的告诉了华人是好区的污染源(话难听,...

其实不是那意思,那里华人多,不是说不好,种族太单一,学校90%都是华人孩子,我觉得还是多种族社区比较好.你说是不是呢.

All of these do not apply to the good areas I mentioned above.

不知大家买房前怎样了解neighbourhood呢？比如是否互助，不会party到很晚，不会把狗养到外面成天叫等等。

我现在就在这其中之一，danforth那区也住过，感觉这些去就是有点旧了。
cabbage town应该算不上什么好去，或者过两年啥运动会后吧

Cabbage town is one of most desirable neighborhood in downtown. A townhouse can sell up to 800k and they are usually sold within a week. No kidding. I know this neighborhood inside out.
