A living room in Newton Place(8515 112st, very close to University of Alberta) will be available for sublet from Feburuary to
middel March. It's fully furnitured, including internet, TV,DVD Player, bed,
clost, kitchen, Microwave, fridge, sofa, study desk and etc. There's a also
piano if you would like to play. The living room is very spacious and clean.
You will share this one-bedroom apartment with another quiet and clean male
graduate student. You can use all the facilities in the room without extra
charges.

The price is tentatively set around $450 for 6 weeks or $150/bi-week, all included(such as the phone bill and internet fee). The rent can be negotiable. $400 for the deposit. Mature and clean persons preferred! Visting scholars or exchange students are welcome too.
