Need Carpoon to Calgary

I booked an interview for the american visa on Aug 3rd and need a carpoon to Calgary on Aug 2nd and back in the afternoon on Aug 3rd. If someone has similiar travel plan, please let me know the cost of sharing.

Also if you know where I can stay in Calgary downtown where close to the American Embassy for about $20-$30 a night, I would really appreicate it too! My phone number is 499-3331. Thanks!
