why it took you 4 days but you got the car on the second day? had to wait for the 72 hours?
I'm ready to get a LE with package #2 any time. If have to wait for the 72 hours, probably will go shopping to fill up all the space in the new van

Just called Day Toyota this morning, LZ is actually their last Canadian customer.
If you can provide an US address, they can still sell you a car.
Toyota is calling all the dealers in PA, NY, OH & MI as far, not to sell to Canadian customers.

Called Day Toyota again this afternoon and was told by John that basically there is no way now to get a new car. The only workaround is to find a friend/relative in states to buy the new car (title will be him/her), then sell to you as a used car(transfer the title), which means you have to pay the state tax (depends on which state your friend is from) on top of the PST/GST, and tons of paperwork.
According to John, this time Toyota is calling all dealers across the whole US and some dealer in South Dakota got a HUGE fine because they sold 270 new cars to Canadian using 30 fake mailboxes.
Not sure that's true, but I guess nobody is willing to drive over 800km on way even it might save $10,000?
