默认 我还是推荐PRIMECHCHOICE刹车,性价比很高

今天换雪胎,顺便拍照刹车,目前已用了二十二个月了,就快两年了,刹车效果仍然不错,而且磨损很小,很耐磨,磨损非常均匀,请看图片。

吾弟,这油门不是不开车吗,那这个怎么解释。

人家开车都说是开了多少万公里,然后刹车怎么样,这又不是机油,怎么跟几个月有关了,如果换一套破刹车,然后把车停在哪里,比如二百二个月后,忽然想起来要换轮胎了,因为轮胎给晒爆了,然后说刹车根本就没有磨损跟新的一样,有木有。

我以为你只会在这喊美国大烂车。说的似乎有道理,但我只对照我的经历,不是与别人别的车比较,你没有注意我始终在强调这点,希望你弄明白再发表大论。我一般两三年会更换刹车,每年开车习惯不变的,而这款刹车是我用过的刹车中质量不错而且非常便宜的一种。
我同样可以说所谓多少万公里刹车情况怎样同样不严谨,高速开个十公里可能一脚刹车都不踩,城市里可能十公里要踩几十次。

ROTOR可以用锤子砸,如旧的不要的话可以放心地砸,多震动些就能松动取下。有些ROTOR上有丝孔,可以找到同样螺丝的螺栓拧进通过顶后面HUB辅助顶出,但无论是楼上的建议还是此种带丝孔的ROTOR,注意千万不可以只通过螺栓来顶,必须用锤子砸,螺栓渐进只能辅助来顶,铸铁/铝的丝扣很软硬拧非常容易裂。

默认 Rotor 终于卸下来啦

用RedForman和有门的方法(#68, 69楼),两者同时用,螺杆顶的作用可能大一些。

换了新盘和刹车片,现在的新问题是,由于新刹车片和刹车盘报得有点紧,刹车和Rim都很热。这是正常的吗?还是需要调整呢?

温度和你如何使用刹车有关。温度高不一定代表pad 有额外摩擦。对比两侧,如果温度一样,基本上正常(两侧同时出问题的情况较少见)。如果一侧温度高于另一侧,就需要检查一下了。

有一个pin非常紧,很难活动, 小心卸下来,清理干净,上润滑剂,重新装好,试车,刹车正常,刹车盘温度正常。

stuck sliding pin. quite commonly seen. But again, CHANGE BOTH SIDES! It concerns your life!

ps, have to use high temperature resistant grease on the pin. Bearing grease can't stand the heat.

默认 昨天换了driver side 的刹车盘和片

还是用66楼的方法(螺杆顶出法)结合敲击法(67楼),觉得前者起的作用大些。
螺杆顶的时候要慢慢加力,以免damage汽车部件。
