自制鱼露
我很喜欢越南菜里的鱼露,酸酸甜甜的,开胃可口。今天尝试了自己调味,很成功的说,跟店里的几乎一样味,以后可以自己做米纸春卷和包菜饭了。 鱼露 4 汤匙 糖 4茶匙 冷开水 6汤匙 vinegar 1 汤匙 蒜蓉 1/2片 辣椒酱适量,小孩不能吃辣,我只用了黄豆大的量吊味。 红罗卜丝少许 以上的量做出来是一大碗了。 |
