没想到boxing day买回来一个大麻烦

有人用过这个型号的传真机吗?boxing day在staples买的,回家后试机,发现只要有电话打进来不管接不接听,过几分钟后就会死机,按任何键都没反应,必须拔掉电源等10分钟才会从新启动.不知道是什么问题,请高手赐教!

Boxing day is an other name of Cheating Day. My friend bought some Memory DIMM and cannot use from Futureshop, Futureshop won't let him return. He also bought a tons of garbage from their like bad mouses.

From my point of view, every year, many people save money and get up early and be waiting in a long queue on that Cheating Day to be cheat.

看看你手里的receipt，没说不能退就退去。每年圣诞后退东西的多了。

I don't think so. For a new electric appliance, from time to time a fresh user hardly ever knows all the operation tips. Soon before I bought a mp3player, it didn't work well after a couple of days, In fact it was my fault when I called a staff number to inquire in the store and at the end of it he told me that all the operations was on the manual.

Why don't you check the manual before returning? Usually the store of reputation doesn't need to sell poor quality products.

也难怪，有很多正在学校学习的朋友来看见这里的英文水平，可能是受不了，不过谁愿意花时间检查来检查地，差不多就发了。另外，发中文也常有错字懒得检查，在论坛上找人文字错误是多余。

Must be the setup problem. When the phone came in, the fax machine pick up the phone. You can test it using cell phone. Use your cell phone call you number, after the ring comes, pick up the phone and liston your cell phone as well, if there is fax signal in your cell phone(I believe so), then check the setup of the fax machine: especialy the ring time before pick up the phone, make sure it was over 5.

我咨询了一下维修人员,说可能是主板上的一个ic问题,所以打算去退货或换货.
