nnd,ebay账号又给封了，怎么回事啊

前一阵子我发贴求助过有关卖背囊的事，多得各位老大意见。但是在一个多月以来，ebay已经封了我两次账号了。。自问买卖规矩，也没做什么违法的事，干吗老给封，我快疯了。莫非真的逼得我要自己开个小店？
这是我最后一个卖出的产品，

你应该写封信问他们. 一般来讲新注册的用户比较容易被封, 大多数情况下他们是想验证你的真实身份.

If the design is someone else design(brand name), ebay will end your listing when they place a complaint. So is the design a original one or a copy? is Polar a brand name you own?

It's not the brand I own,but I assume it's not a problem because I get the backpacks from the manufacturer directly.

I think your listings are not permitted on Ebay as per Ebay's policy:
Replica, Counterfeit Items and Unauthorized Copies

Ebay thinks your POLAR bag is a knockoff. That's your account was suspended. And the photo in your listing is the original item picture from POLAR. You have to use your own picture.

From what you said, you got the bags from the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer is not the brand name owner in this case. If you want to sell items with brand names, you must get authorization from the brand name owner, not from the manufacturer.

Many manufacturers from China are offering couterfeit items to all over the world. It is illegal. In Canada, by no means you can sell the designers' items because you're not eligible to be a dealer simply because yuo're too small to get the authorization. If you import these counterfeit items, your shipment might be rejected or even confiscated by Canada Customs. If you sell them, RCMP might be after you. I've seen friends got into trouble because they were selling knockoffs of Burberry, Ralph Lauren, BCBG...

On Ebay, if you sell brand name items/designers' items in large quantities, you sure will get into trouble sooner or later because we all know they're knockoffs.

已经很清楚啦，楼主以为原厂生产的就不算假，完了假货包括假、冒、伪、劣，冒用商标也一样是假。不过不知者不怪，别再嚷嚷了就好

EBAY实际上就是个假冒伪货的集散地,那个价位只能卖那样的东东.

被EBAY封ID如果不是货品质量问题客人投诉过多,多半是因为你的货品品牌侵权,它在封你的ID之前通常是有一个WARNING的LETTER,那上边写的是什么就是什么了.

如果你的ID被封,就需要解决问题,而不是再开一个帐号卖同样一种东东,那它很快就能再找到你封掉你,即使你换了家人的ID也一样会被找到.解决问题的办法就是填写一个表格,可以从EBAY上DOWNLOAD,然后签名,它会告诉你再有问题时候的厉害关系,会导致永久被封什么的,EBAY收到了就会把ID还给你了,这时候通常是不能再卖同样的东东了,最好换过一种.

卖东东侵权没有上边那些人说得那么严重,通常EBAY封了你的ID就不会再理你了,特别是我们在加拿大没啥,俺的帐号被封过十次八回了吧,连俺自己都数不清了,要是在欧洲特别是德国,法国什么的,要小心滴.

其实我卖的不是假冒伪略产品，我卖的是国内厂家自己的品牌，直接从厂家的算是internet部门进货的。估计有些大侠听过“极地”背囊，国内还算略有名气。
我也没受到任何的warning.不知道那个网上的表格，是从哪里download，因为每次我试着"Act on alert"，就会直接link到一个page说不存在。然后。。就不知道怎么继续了。
我打算继续做下去，在ebay，但ebay实在是说封就封连个理由都没有。。我都没有信心了，ebay一个简单的决定，可能就直接导致几个月的心血白白浪费，真是有点郁闷。

估计是那个工厂直接复制/仿照了某个名牌的外形。你自己调查一些吧。
