anybody dealt with valueland.ca broker?

Got mortgage quote from valueland.ca. They have ads on the chinese real estate weekly under the name FU, YUAN-BO. So far the quote from valueland is the most generous one.

My only question is, are they reliable. Does anybody here have business with them and can provide reference.

As far as i know, the reliability is ok, the service is so so, the rate is pretty good.
