in my case, can I get EI

1.I have another questions. after I quit my job, can I go to "老工部“to file a claim for the whole public holiday pay owed by boss (in total 6, since I worked there last december) because my boss refuse to pay that, that is one of the reasons I quit the job.

2.can I get EI (hours is enough)with this reason--- my boss doesn't follow the ESA---a law

1. Yes.

2. Should be OK.

it depense.

there are really two different issue. fight for your right ASAP after you quit the job. you may get the holiday pay back. but when you apply for EI, you need to provide the proof of the reason why you quit the job. it maybe a little bit complicated, but still worth to try.
