(5) Remove battery splash shield. Refer to the Body section of the service manual for the procedure. (6) Disconnect the heater blanket cord, if equipped. (7) Remove the two short bolts from the battery hold down and remove the hold down. (8) Disconnect the positive battery cable from the battery. (9) Slide the battery toward rear of vehicle. (10) Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery. (11) Remove battery from vehicle. |

刚做了Emission test,请大家帮分析一下

98年2.7L,空调不制冷,表现为没有冷空气出来。两年前买的时候空调是好的,同年夏天有一次到Downtown去感觉空调好像不足,但之后没有类似的感觉。去年夏天发现空调几乎不制冷,后来在换油的时候请师傅随便看了看,说是压力是有的,无法确定问题所在,需要作详细的检查才能确定。后来研究了一下维修手册,用上面的自诊断方法做了一下,报告有两个错误码,一是35:EVAPORATOR SENSOR FAILURE; 另一个是46:A/C CONTROL BLEND DOOR SHORTED TO BATTERY。请问这可能是什么地方坏了?要修的话可能得花多少钱?谢谢!

请大家帮忙诊断一下,故障有点古怪
车是1998年V6 2.7L Intrepid,16万多公里。前段时间断断续续出现一些问题,有些是时有时无,大致有这几个表现:1. 电池灯时亮时灭;2. Check Engine灯亮;3. Engine 不易打着;4. Idle时车身有震动;5. Idle转速不稳,偶尔会自动加一下速;6. 油壶灯偶尔会亮。 用车载电脑自检,有两个码:P1297(No difference is recognized between the MAP reading at engine idle and the stored barometric pressure reading.)和P404(EGR position sensor signal does not correlate to EGR duty cycle.) 这几个现象具体表现如下: 1. 电池灯。最初出现故障是在去年10月中,到百盛换了一次自带的5W30 Mobil 1合成机油,约一星期后出现的。起初是早晨出车时开几分钟后容易着,但只要一息engine再打,电池灯就灭了。用万用表测量电压,无论时灯亮还是等灭时,着车比不着车电压能高出不到1伏,着车大约是13.5到14之间。电池灯一亮,只要不息engine,它会一直亮下去,直到息了engine为止。最近电池灯亮的频率有点增加,但电压测量结果不变。电池是05年初新换的。 2. Check Engine灯。也是时亮时灭,最初出现也是在去百盛换油约一星期后出现的,先是Check Engine灯,紧接着是电池灯。一般在早晨行驶一段时间停车后在打engine,这个灯会灭,但有时再开一段路后又着了。 3. Engine不易打着。早晨出车时一打就着,但开一段路后,停车再打,就不好打着了,听到的是嗒嗒嗒的声音。不过一般第三次总能打着。这个现象大约从去年8月开始出现,开始时比较轻微,也就不在意,现在除了早晨一打就着外,其余时间总要那么两三下。 4. Idle时车身有震动。这个现象也是大约去年年中开始的,车只要速度稍为上去一点,就没有震动感了。 5. Idle转速不稳。停车等红灯时注意到转速表不稳定,大约从600到800多变动,偶尔会自动加一下油,串到1500,搞得我踩刹车不敢分神,总要踩得死死的。 6. 油壶灯亮是最近半个月才出现的,有那么两三次。快要停稳时这个灯犹犹豫豫的要着,停稳了就一直亮着;等稍一加油马上就灭了。检查机油,量还是挺足的,颜色也正常。 各位,请帮忙分析分析,会是什么问题,该怎么对付,多谢了。 |
