大家用干衣机多吗？有必要买吗？

You should get a dryer. It'll make ur life so much easier.however I don't think u need a fancy one, just a basic one (500 bucks) would do the job just fine. Same with washer. I got steam function on both washer and dryer but I rarely use it.

You can also hang ur cloths outside on a nice sunny day. I am going to start doing that this summer. I love the sun smell too!

就是看了蒸汽的介绍才想着买这样的，据说是节水节电达50%又杀菌达99%，你为什么很少用这个功能呢？

- it take super long time on steam cycle
- u can't use steam on every fabric and I don't always divide up the laundry
- I don't see the need to sanitize some of the everyday cloth.

就是呀，放太阳下面晒又杀菌又环保，特别是毛巾床单啥的，晒得又平整又好闻，那个味道很有助于睡眠。

I don't use dryer sheet/fabric softener on cloths. Don't like the chemical they put in. Drying in the sun actually smells much nicer

我的干衣机就带蒸汽功能，特别适合烘干衬衣。烘完挂起都不用熨。而且并不是特别贵，两件税后$1,423.80。都是Sumsung的。选三星主要是因为有Vibration Reduction Technology (VRT)，但是放在2楼甩干的时候还是会有震动。

Most big kitchen appliances you don't take them withyou when selling the house. I wouldnt buy all the top of line products unless money is not really a issue and you really want to enjoy them

就是趁热拿出来。
我用normal cycle烘干。之后把衬衣单独挑出来再用wrinkle care单独烘干。烘完立刻拿出来挂上。



不清楚，貌似需要。因为wrinkle care是需要水的。

My LG dryer takes water from container which is easier than hooking up to water line.
Lol i knew u must've got urs from direct buy. Most washer and dryer with true steam technology are 1700 + after tax. 2k membership fee stops a lot of ppl

非也。完全可以买自己喜欢的。到时候换上Maytag把自己的带走。如果卖房我就打算这么干。

不过我老房子的家电连房子卖了。买的时候花了8千多，卖的时候折半算的钱。主要是用了10年也想换新的了。老家的家电厨房3件KitchenAid，洗衣机烘干机Whirlpool。

Most times seller works all the Reno / upgrade cost into the listing price. Of all the houses I looked at in past 5 years, not one single seller would ask buyer to buy their kitchen appliances separately, Washer and dryer maybe. So after u show them ur gorgerous kitchen u gonna say, oh btw, u ain't getting my top of line appliances. I am gonna give u the low end maytag ones instead?
