告票罚单长周末在Barrie 的超速罚单，能打掉吗？

周日从Barrie的沙滩回多伦多，在Wasaga附近吃了一张超速罚单。
50km/hr 开到65km/hr, 超速15公里，下坡时被警察测到，之前上坡也没有限速的路牌。
警察开出罚单，共$52.5罚款, 但告诉我不扣点。

在加国的第一张超速罚单，我打算上法庭。因为担心下次renew保险，保费会上涨(我是State Farm)，会不会涨啊？

请教各位经验指点，罚单后面的3个option，我是选option 3 还是 option 2？然后在这两周内去指定的法庭登记和申请, 是这样的程序吗？

已经咨询了保险公司，下次renew会涨保费。
打算不认罪，上法庭，准备选Option 3，但是里面有选择

1 ：I intend to appeaar in court to enter a plea at the time and date set for the trial and I wish that it be held in the English language.

2：I intend to challenge the evidence of the offences officer.
Yes or NO

我是上述两项都选吗，还是只选2项的Yes ?

上法庭打官司可以要求免费的中文翻译服务吗？如果输了，是否法庭的相关费用得我来承担？

恳请明白人指点和传授经验，谢谢先。

的确，从Wasaga Beach one 出来过绿灯进入这条公路，上坡再下坡直到警察守候的地方，都没有看见有50km/hr的限速牌的。倒是警察守候的反向上坡处有50km/hr的限速牌。

由于Barrie过来几乎一路80km/hr，所以就疏忽了。。。

但当时警察也说，没有限速牌的公路一律按省交通法50km/hr为准。

你被抓的时候前后有车？当时天气状况如何？这些都有可能帮你打掉告票。

选not guilty option，收到开庭通知后向检控官申请disclosure,作为被告，你有权得到以下资料：

details of the officer’s training on the radar
a copy of any training video
the radar manual
date of purchase of the radar unit along with its repair/carlibration history.
a full copy of the police officer’s notes;
a copy of both sides of the officer’s copy of the ticket (Notice of Offence);
a typed version of any hand written notes;

如检控方无法及时提供以上资料，可要求法庭改期审理，这将对你极为有利

是的，我已经得到法庭的通知信了，通知我于今年11月在Wasaga Beach那里上法庭。
不过我想先申请一次延期上庭，然后再像你说的那样做。

现在不知道如何申请上庭延期的程序。

我对申请上庭延期的程序不是很熟悉，不过我认为申请延期对你的案子没有任何帮助，小地方的排期，警察基本上都会到场，建议你申请disclosure，检查里面有没有漏洞。
