告票罚单【求助】超速拿到ticket了

60的地方开到81被罚$103，而且见警车在我后面闪灯我没停，以为不是我，继续开，直到警车从我左边赶上来把我往右边挤我才靠右停下，又被罚$110。这俩ticket我都认了，现在我关心的是保险公司会不会有记录，因为刚从国内回来还没reinstate保险就上路了。以前从没有过任何不良记录，杯具了。。。

1. If you are on the very right lane, and he is flashing roof lights behind you, that means he is busting you!

If you are on the left lane and he is flashing roof lights behind you, quickly switch your lane to the right, if he does the same thing and keeps his lights on, that means he is busting you!

2. If you admit and pay the tickets, you'll be charged immediately; the insurance company will be notified. I would suggest contesting in court.

Not guilty. Guilty means you've admitted your offense.

Not guilty. Guilty means you've admitted your offense.

输了就交钱，不会加重处罚的

Go to the court address located at the back of your ticket, take it to the customer service counter, fill some forms and raise your right hand to swear an oath, then go home and wait for the court date.

If you lose then you get charged and you have to pay the ticket and the administration fee.

If you win then no charge and no record will be given, just as if nothing has ever happened.

如果我认罪然后上庭plead会不会不用扣点呢？据说钱也可以少交点

Plead guilty with explanation = admit offense = lose

The JP may waive the demerit points and have you pay less fine, but you still get charged with a conviction record, insurance companies don't care about demerit points, they only care about number of convictions.

还没reinstate保险就上路了.保险是SUSPENDED的吧,那不是没保险?

法庭对菜鸟第一次得票都很照顾，去上庭认罪一般都能获宽大处理。

不一定，我的第一次是50的路跑到75，辗转大约一年后上庭，最后跟老警察庭外和解，不留记录不扣点，只交了60%的罚款。
跟警察大叔要认错先，态度要好，交流要和蔼亲切。
