从今年8月起，抵埠不满一年的新移民和已承认难名资格的人士，将可以申请安省学费资助计划（简称 OSAP）。目前的 OSAP 申请规定，初抵埠安省不满12个月的新移民以及获承认难民资格者，均不能申请省府的这项学费借贷计划。 据明报报道，安省培训、学院暨大学厅长钱伯斯称，此项改革是为了让专上教育更加普及化。她并预计，新措施将让5万多名申请者受惠，有助于促进更多的少数族裔人士投身专业行业。 |
