看完这篇文章,去搜索一下Bumper Reinforce Bar。

还有是车身结构图,发现跟文章中说的有些出入。

第一,大部分车都不能保证可以保护前轮,所以这也是为什么SMALL OVERLAP的成绩大家基本都比较差的原因。

可能主要还是节油和成本,这几年防撞梁做的越来越短小精悍。

看看CV的防撞梁,前无古人后无来者的阵势,难道这是警车版?无比粗壮,而且保护了前轮。看来真的被尝试撞或者被警车撞,实在伤不起。

BMW E46的防撞梁,可以对前轮起到一定保护,不过车型比较老,还是铁质加一些结构设计。

VOLVO V70的设计,在绿色防撞梁虽然很短,但是后用了高强度钢做了一个和地面平行的结构面,估计能起点儿作用。

按照文章的理论,570这个相比470给力多了,不仅宽度一致,没有了那个到两边就窄小的设计,加上长度也够。

总结一下,理论上SMALL OVERLAP测试跟防撞钢梁的设计是有很大关系的,当然越长,越粗,越宽就会相对安全些。不过事实证明,各个厂商都不能达到这个这么齐全的标准。而那个测试也跟车身其他结构有着莫大的关系。所以也不能单纯看一个防撞钢梁来判断问题,不过随着SMALL OVERLAP测试的继续进行,让我们拭目以待,看看其他车型的表现。

Crown Victoria的梁之所以是那样是因为它是非承载式车身,body on frame的,那个车头梁是ladder frame的一部分而已。我现在开Grand Marquis和它是姊妹车,也是这种frame construction,那个梁上面还可以接push bumper。

其实这种frame结构的车虽然结实,但塌缩区的设计不如unibody的车,小碰撞不会受损,但大碰撞乘员死亡率是高于unibody结构的。

是个好论点,其实碰撞的瞬间,谁也不知道状况,不一定就是防撞钢梁的问题。只能说文学城的那个文章实在是太片面了。其实下面回帖也能看出,各种分析,有些还是相对理性的。

前防撞梁太宽了,如果撞到人就不好了,所以,这车的趋势是防撞梁的宽度要合理。

还有,前盖下面的装配布局什么的也要合理,即使是侧梁塌陷,侧梁后面的部件也不可以起到冲击驾驶室的作用,这就是工程学的学问了。
