我有一次买房,也是争offer,所以是no condition,另外一家出的offer也是一样的no condition。碰到合适的房准备竞价的,根本就不可能带condition。 另外买了一个出租房,买的时候里面有人租,而且租了很久,本来就是买来出租,也不会赶人走,所以不用验屋,卖家因为卖得便宜,也要求必须no condition。后来这个房卖了,对方直接来了个no condition,因为如果是带condition的,对方进一步讨价还价的余地就小了。结果我多降了一点,就是因为对方是no condition。 |

This is a good idea, chances are small though... Poor LZ. That's why conditions are so important and I've seen people put additonal conditions like " in condition of selling your own house in two weeks" ect. Of course it depends on if it's buyer's market or seller's.
