通过做工人,做好工人,可以争取加入工会组织,然后做工会组织的小头目,
一级一级,直到做工会组织的最大的官,然后做市议员,
国会议员.....

union protect union member, that's the problem for people not beyond to union, like in Toronto, almost all construction company only hire people from union, but if you not work in construction, you can't join union, many construction labor in construction are stupid and slow, but they been paid 27.45$/h
