不太可能吧，你把两个都换了，还是这样？

去掉电机的负荷试试。如能启动是其他地方的问题。

电压测过了，120伏，没问题。今天又换了一个新电机，工作正常了。结论是昨天从supplier拿的电机有问题。谢谢各位的回复。
另外，我在kitchener，在周围有没有同行。

我遇到过一次类似情况,判断是轴承坏了.换新电机,工作正常.

有可能是电机里的线圈(启动线圈或运行线圈)断了.

是的，我碰到过一次电机嗡嗡响，但是不启动，测了一下点机接线之间的电阻，发现短路。更换电机后，一切正常。

I have little HVAC design experience obtained from Canada. I found it really hard to find an entry-level position position (perhaps my background is too complicated, and HVAC only accounts very little part of my work history).
Especially, I want to share one HVAC Electronic Book with your HVAC guys in Engineering Consulting Area if you need.

HAP is mostly used for HVAC load calculation. Google it and you will find more information.

Ontario will build nuclear power plant soon. It's good chance for you.
BTW: how do you get HVAC design experience from Canada?
