There are generally three ways to get a warehouse with Cooler and/or Freezer:

1. Buy a food business which usaully have a cooler inside

2. Lease a cooler

3. Lease a warehosue and build one cooler

I am assuming the #2 is the case. However, this opportunity is very rare. I had two times of this opportunities before ans asking the rent is over $20/sqf, compared with a warehouse without cooler is about $10/sqf.
