1 DS157中 Have You Made Specific Travel Arrangements?
是不填好，还是按实际写。我打算今年年底去底特律作MBA application interview,如果想要拿到10年visa，是告诉他今年就去，还是不告诉他去作interview，只是告诉他只想今后过去玩玩好？

2 DS157中 FULL NAME (IN NATIVE ALPHABET)指的是用中文写全名吗？

3 地点是在360 University Ave.和225 Simcoe Street哪个地方？是否在Osgoode地铁站下车？我如果book的8:00的interview，我应该几点到那里？

4 Online的DS156和下载的用FTP编写的DS156有何不同，是要打印哪一个呢？

Q1: It's better to say you just arrange visit trip around NewYork
Q2:Yes, write down your full name in Chinese
Q3: using the form you downloaded, it should be PDF style
Q4: you should be off at Osgoode station with University Ave exit, Asking anyone you meet and you will get answer, the departmant of visa is just behind at U.S Ambassador, you will see a long line

thank you for your reply, but still have some confusion about your keys.
As for your answer 1, if i have to provide a detailed visited address and telephone No in US, as well as the period i will stay there?

As for the 3rd answer, the online version doesn't need to be print, even it is been filled out, right?

in addition, if my appointed interview time is 8:00 am, what time should i be there?

Q1. you donot need fill out the particular address, just say you will live in motel or hotel, in term of period, it depends on you, I filled out the blank with 2-3 days.

Q3.just follow the introduction of form. As long as you finish the form online, it will create the PDF style automatically when click a button. the form you filled online is for reviewing in advance by visa offcials and the form you print in PDF style is for interview in person.

Getting there at 7:45 is OK, maybe you should wait for two hours for interview, be sure you have the appointment letter, the security will check the letter before you are entering the building.
