有没有Trail上的照片. 到底有多大难度

Trail本身难度不算特别大（难点主要包括泥泞、Cable car、涉水、乱石海滩、潮水低水位通过、Sea channel、疲劳受伤等），关键是要背７天左右的食物以及野营设备－－平均５０磅以上。Trail全长７４公里，中间基本没有出口（只有一个Nitnat Lake据说可以要求摆渡的First Nation送你到logging road）。

去年走之前我们负重训练了一段时间的。

想走又没有把握的话可以先走Juan De Fuca，三天的Trail并且有不少出口。

补充一下：

除了第五张是营地附近，其他照片都是Trail上。第四张是慌乱逃上海滩之后（涨潮+悬崖）休息时拍的，下面就是刚走过的海滩。

林间的trail没有太多，Coast Trail主要就是想看海岸啦。

带了。户外用品店都有卖，比如MEC或者美国的REI。

第二个问题很难comment，我们同行的有一半是女生啊，包括领队。不过都是老hiker。

I personally know at least three Chinese groups did the same trail in 2006. The other two groups have one female each. What can you tell from the pictures?

I know where I post them, unless somebody steals the links. Did anybody mention there's only one female in the group, with any of MY pictures? Curious now... Was that group from Toronto or Vancouver? I personally know everybody in the other Vancouver group and I talked to everybody in the Toronto group on the WCT trail.

i saw not only landscapes but people portrait....

mmmmm....... sometime...... the female would say something like this to show off she is the only female in trip........

you know everybody, you guys should know each other. don't worry about it, we could talk it later....

btw, were there many females came from toronto?
