遇到5个左右的面试了，都是部门经理面试，没有HR在场，面试人员都是先具体介绍一下公司业务和职位描述，然后看着简历说一些无关痛痒的话，什么你做个这个工作，你会这个软件等等，也就是复述一遍我的简历，然后问：你有什么问题要问么？不管你问什么，他们都解释得很清楚，然后就是：还有问题么？如果听你说没有了，就说...

I suggest you be more proactive during the interview. You should ask about company culture , details of the job, then you sell your strength based on what you heard from the employers. Do not feel frustrated, job market is very strong. I got a quite few calls from headhunter lately. It 's just matter of time you get your job.

Last, please show confidence during the interview. Confidence attracts future employers.

Forgot to mention. Hr is useless in small company. Your future direct boss is the key person. Do not waste time worrying about hr.
