-随时可以交易，没有锁定期；

-新发行1亿加元,发行期至二月底；

-投资人可使用现金投资/RRSP/RESP/TFSA，或者现有户口转账；

-现金投资分红收入比利息收入获得另外的政府税务优惠：

联邦税率在15%，

每$1,000利息收入应付税金$150，分红收入税金为0；

联邦税率在26%，每$1,000利息收入应付税金$260，分红收入税金为101.50。
