我又东拼西凑重写了一下这封e-mail，大家看看是否合用。大家可在e-mail时用最新的数据更新里面的老数据，并附加些moving pictures.

Dear all,

As some of you may have already known, a deadly earthquake scaled 7.8 Richter suddenly hit China's Sichuan Province on May 12th, 2008. The earthquake, felt by people as far as in Thailand and Pakistan, is the most devastating earthquake within the past several decades in China.

The official confirmed death toll has risen to 28,881 with 198,347 injured by Saturday. And the figures are still climbing rapidly because thousands of people remain buried in the rubble of collapsed buildings. Chinese officials estimated that the final number of death could top 50,000. In addition, nearly five million people have been left homeless by the disaster, including numerous earthquake orphans.

Please help these victims. They need immediate food, water, medication, clothes, and shelters.

The Canadian Red Cross is now accepting donations. Please donate online @ http://www.redcross.ca or over phone @ 1-800-418-1111 by indicating "China Earthquake".

今天我们全家去大统华购物，看到有红十字会在为四川灾区募捐。我们也就捐了点钱。据他们介绍我们才了解到,我们每捐一元钱，加拿大政府就会补一元钱，一同传给中国红十字会，救助四川受灾的同胞们。希望我们来自加国各方的爱心能帮助他们尽快渡过难关。。。。。。
