默认 我现在辞职好还是等回来以后

我工作已超过910小时,想下个月休假,但只有3周(有薪),另请假3周(无薪),回去接小孩过来后,再工作2-3个月后辞好还是现在好。

不一定,你可以告你单位歧视你,或有人性骚扰你,或工作导至你生病受伤,或者你配偶去其他地方工作学习你要搬家之类的理由,自己辞职是可以的。
带孩子不行(小孩1岁之内的如果没用过父母假应该可以),或者生个小孩就可以了。

如果是自己辞职,是那不到E I 。只有被Laid off才符合条件拿。带孩子不行。

再补充一下

假设可以符合拿EI的条件,拿的金额是total income in the past 26 weeks divided by the number of paid weeks.

所以 ‘现在辞职好还是等回来以后’ 也是没有关系
