默认 租房却收到法院传票了

今天我们公寓楼18家租客(包括三四家VACANT)都收到了法院的传票。要求月底去出席QUEEN'S BENCH的庭审。

我细细看了一下。是该公寓楼的注册公司,看名字跟我们租房签合同的公司还不是一家,被MORTGAGE 公司告了,因为不交MORTGAGE。该公寓楼随时可能被卖掉,也不知道我们这些租客的命运如何。我想跟其他租客通通气,再跟MANAGER 协商。我觉得PROPERTY MANAGER只是负责租房,他所在的公司也是租房公司,而非业主。

我们即使租客上庭了,但有多少人会去,去了我们也说不明白,我们是租户不是业主。

我担心的是我们房子被卖了,我们却不能及时得知。我们交了押金,还要合同到期前无法搬走,否则要交剩余的房租。

我要再去找房。也不清楚我们的押金能不能要回来。半道终止合同,还要交罚金。倒是可以再找个租客续租,但是我咋也不能知道了还去骗人。

我还没给MANAGER 打电话,我想理理思路,跟其他中国房客沟通一下。
更想听听有过经验或者听过这样的事的朋友指点一二。

如果签订有效的合同,新买家必须接受租客。

只有合同结束后,新房东需要自己住或者重新装修公寓
才可以让你们走

小事一桩。
派个代表,写个委托书就行了。新业主不但不能赶你们出去,相反可能还要求你们合作呢。

我们整个楼都是租房的,买家不一定是一个公司都买下来。看那样要标价一家一家卖。让租客允许让买房人来看房。

你要知道去年有个公寓楼水管冻裂了,租客自己租房子住,公司没有保险,对租客一点赔偿都没有。

租客如果自己不去努力索赔的话,赔偿当然不会自己长脚跑到租客口袋里的。 租客只能怨自己。
