谁用过，效果如何？

有一点，我想到的不知道对不对.

对于使用“直接拨”打中国长途的用户可能不是好消息，可能根本就不能使用了。
对于“间接拨”的用户，理论上应该还是可以用，座机--(VoIP)->Local Call--(VoIP)-->China,但是关键的是两次编解码，声音效果不知道如何。
同样对于使用电话卡的用户，也存在这个问题。

我一直不知道的是，“直接拨”“间接拨”打north America的价格是多少，和他的0.03比如和？

我认为，其实对于有自己business或者有两部电话的人倒是一个好消息。

个人认为直接和间接拨号不会有差别，因为在软件上不难处理．既然是作为商业应用推出，它一定会考虑用户的使用习惯的．比如：可以保留用户原来的号码等．

我用过其它的类似的电话，间拨是不太好用了．市话声音有点小，不知这个如何？
想试试，毕竟可以省一笔银子（一月３０多块呢，手机的费用就出来了）．

I just cancel my CIA Internet Service.

That is because I waited 2 months for installation. They always tell me to wait for response.

If you want to use CIA, You must cancel your local phone after they installation.

If you want to use CIA, you must make sure that you can wait for two more months.

If you want to use CIA, you must prepared to contact them more than 10 times.

After that, they didn't give me any response.

When you register, you can chose the day for installation. I tell you that is nothing. They can change at any time.

perhaps you didn't notice there is other expense for CIA service, if you don't have cable modem, you have to buy one with $100. If you don't have VOIP device (think most people don't have), you have to buy one with another $100. If you want to rent such devices, it takes $5 and $9 for each device.
If you are not satisfied with service, you have to install phone service, you have to pay around $30.
another concern is if you get power outrage, you can't dial any number include 911. there must be UPS conneted with the system. not sure whether UPS was included in hardware price.

中间很多时候和他们打交道, TAKES FOREVER!

一句话, 不出毛病, 是个GOOD DEAL; 出了毛病是真遭罪.
