有没有做Motel的大侠, 能否谈谈经验?
翻了翻前面的贴子,好象很少谈到这个话题. 常听说Motel能有70%的利润率, 是否属实? 如果准备投资Motel, 这种生意怎么考察? 如果Motel的规模以房间数为指标, 那么每间房的年营业额多少算很好,中等,差? 实在没什么概念, 请不奢赐教.

The main difference with other business is, you are not only buying the business, but also the property. As a result, both two factors have potential to increase. You're your own landlord. If the business fails, you still own something - the property. Just my opinion |
