跳到大点的公司就说要将自己的技术specialized到某一你感兴趣的方面，跳到小公司就说想在各个相关方面锻炼完善自己，反正点子就是要make greater contributions。其实这些HR的问题很stupid的，就是一味问让你暴露缺点，有那么容易么，这种behavioral interview简直是浪费时间资源。要是我主持面试，让他解释一下自己的经历就直接上技术问题，然后找个位置安排一些基本的任务让他操作完成，效率更快，肯定请到合适的人。

is that so? in some companies, there are internal transfer channels for employees to transfer to some place close to their homes to take care of families. so what that HR thinks is a good answer?

你这种说法最多只适合技术类的，如果是管理类，销售类，市场类，服务类, 金融类你怎么说？

我就是举个例子，这类问题无论怎么答都是讲求个原则，知道他想从你的答案中找到什么，在不暴露缺点的时候最好突出自己的优点。
