working part time 能得到 public pay 吗？

我在一coffee time 打工（part time), I am wondering how to qulity for the public pay.

if I am qulity for that, but the boss doesn't want to pay me,
can I quit the job with this reason to get EI/

Did you mean holiday pay? How many hours do you work per-week?

If your boss refuse to pay you the holiday pay, you may want go to 劳工部 to get it back.

I have been working there for more than 4 monthes, now 20hours/week, in my case, can I get public holiday pay?

应该是可以拿到的。只是多少而已。每周工作时间越多得到的越多

以前坛里有人说要HOLIDAY前一个和后一个工作日都上班,才能拿HOLIDAYPAY.

This is vague part of the Employment Act. If your employer does not want to pay you, you have the right to not show up at work during public holiday. You must inform your employer for taking time off on public holiday.

You can not use this as an excuse to quit your job for getting IE.
