Somebody use my infomation to apply for credit card

I recieve two master cards today, but I have never applied for these two cards. I guess somebody use my infomation to apply for credit card. Does anybody know why they do these and what can I do now?

First of all, you need call that mastercard issuer immediately to report this fraud. They will take some actions and tell you further steps to do.

Secondly, call trans union or equifax to report this issue. Better to check your credit with one of them. They also have whole bunch of procedures to lead you to follow.

Thirdly, manage your personal information safely not only now but forever. Your address, date of birth, home phone, cell number are all as important as your SIN。Don't release them together to unnecessary people.
