Join Class Action Lawsuit

Sponsor our Parents representatives are working with lawyers to start a class action lawsuit against CIC's parents and grandparents immigration policy. Lawyers are proposing a complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission that the long wait time for parents and grandparents reunification is discriminatory.
At this point, only persons who have been approved as sponsors are eligible to join that complaint. If you are interested, please supply your name, address, and contact details to lawsuit@sponsorourparents.org. Your personal information will be kept confidential. More details will be provided by the lawyers directly.


Election Strategy

During the first election debate, Liberals and NDP brought up the long wait time of parents and grandparents immigration, but Conservatives kept denying the facts they recently cut the visa target by 30% and slowed down the progress.

You could image this would only get worse if Conservatives won a majority. You should endorse any candidate in your riding that has the best chance win a seat in the House of Commons BUT a CONSERVATIVE.
