同志们注意啦,下面是holiday pay 的最新规定.
这是忍着通过自己的问题,从劳工部带回来的消息,希望能给大家做个参考. HOLIDAY PAY的计算公式如下: HOLIDAY前4周的工作天数 / 20 *一天的REGULAR PAY 也就是说HOLIDAY前工作了20天(远不用三个月)就可以拿到全天的HOLIDAY PAY。工作了1天,也能拿到1/20的HOLIDAY PAY,2天就是2/20的HOLIDAY PAY,以此类推。 |
