Hawkwood two story single house is looking for home stay student.
One bedroom with private bathroom.
Home stay fee include: furniture (mattress and box, desk, chair, desk, etc), electricity, heat, water, high speed internet, phone (local& some countries long distance), Chinese food.
No smoking, no pets.
Minute to bus stop(#76), close to Dalhousie C-train station
Prefer international student
