Anyone own this kind business before? the seller ask about 400K, in Calgary.

with a C-store. is it a good business to run? any risks beside robery?

Nowadays the gas price fluctuates all the time. But it should be a good business. Safety is a big issue you should always keep in mind. Beside robbers you need to take care of other safety problems like the static, the careless person and so on.
