我的FN也是2004.11的，而且ME and landing fee是2005.07的，现在还没ppr的消息。我没有做finger（没有要求）。都说一般体检完几个月就有ppr，现在都7个月了，也没动静，网上还是in process。大家情况如何？有点急了...

你怎么没有指纹呢？不是都必须的马？

有个问题，你国内的无犯罪公正是什么时候做的？
听说有人因为做的时间太早被要求重新做，想了解一下这方面的情况。谢谢。

请大家详细说说CIC网上查询的状态，难道除了“In process”“Medical exam received”就没别的了嘛？？？

国内的只要是你出国前有效期内（出国前半年以内）做得的就可以了。

Congratulations! This is the fastest I've ever seen, so lucky you are!

But now I have a question, since my passport is going to expire this April, and I already extended it for another 5 years.
Also I have my renewed study permit in hand (it is supposed to be expired the same time as my passport before renewal).

Do I need to subscribe these two documents to immigration office in Buffalo?
Will this delay my application process?

今天律师告诉我移民局来信让我考ILETS了. 本来我是在加拿大读完的本科,选择的是提供证明文件,打算不考来着. 律师也说可能移民管心情不好..... 不过没办法,考就考吧

给我的期限是4个月.我有几个问题想请教: 1 如果这4个月没有考,FILE会退回来吗?还是按我提供语言材料的文件给我语言分数,还是一直等着 2 如果分数没考好,总分没67,那移民就会拒掉吗? 谢谢大家

我需要的分数是2个7,2个5, 请问大家7是什么水平.....

If you have ”“Medical exam received”, it should be finalized soon.
Probably you won't see any more information before you finish landing.
After the IP, next status will be Completed ---'you entered canada and met an immigration officer on 'time , place'.
That's it.

Since you are waiting for the 2nd letter. They will ask you provide some information and update some others in 2nd letter. You can submit your passport and permit information at that time even if they don't ask.

要看移民局给你的信。是建议你考还是要求你考。我当时的信是建议我考。然后我就考了。据说不考的人也有。但是如果是要求你考，那就得必须考了。
加拿大读的本科考2个7很容易啊。

Hey guys, I got my CAIPS today, and found several questions. Please help or share your information.

1. On the medical part, there is no information for my wife. Only me has the M01. But we did together last july.

2. under medical part, there is IMS-visa notified on 10 Sep, 2005, case status 'assessed M01' for me, and
IMS-visa notified on 10 Sep, 2005, case status ' (blank) ' for my wife

3. FILE BF'D TO: 31-12-2005. But I ordered the caips in Feb.and got it in Mar. If the file is brought to another officer on 31-12-2005, how come there is no update on caips?

4. there is "intends to proceed within med validity? Y/N: Y"

Should I contact the med.Dr. or the imm office about the med. check?

I also got a letter asking me to do a test. shoot! I provided lots
of proofs for this language proficiency catagory.

Which one is easier? Ielts or celpip? I mean not very time-consuming.

I have got a job offer working at montreal (2 yrs contract type). Does
this help my application? I checked the documents and didn't find
it helpful. Thanks in advance!

Sure, you'd better send an email or fax to buffalo, I guess they didn't receive your wife's ME. Maybe Ottawa didn't send it out. This happened to me and my friend.

I guess your wife may be pregnant that time and did not do X-ray test. If she did not do it, her ME will be kept open until ME is complete.
