洋人也得是精通专业的人士,老板未必只用白人,而忽略专业水平。关键是雇用信息没有完全公开。公开的招工信息只是针对那些目前无法在内部找到合适的人选或者是搜集人才为了下一步干项目准备。内部能消化的岗位不会公开。如果都是东郭先生干项目,老板就要玩儿完了。况且现在的市场竞争这么激烈,老板还得接下个项目呢。老板不会干一锤子买卖。一旦项目开始要上,找到合适的人选就困难了。各位可以在近期的中介的工作广告中发现这个情况。同样的职位多家代理,而且不断重复。说明真正新的职位很少。比较分析就可一目了然。今年是否上新项目要看油价和经济复苏的情况而定。资本家不会干没利的生意。骑驴看唱本儿,走着瞧。

To reduce the costs for the owner should increase the productivity for all the disciplines. But how to increase the productivity is the big issue for the EPC firm owners. There are many obstacles in front of them. Some are easier to overcome such as hiring high efficient professionals and cutting rework and manhours. But some are very tough to triumph, such as how to encourage the profeesionals to their best and keep them in the firms for long time.
