默认 各位EBAY老大帮助指点迷津。

两周内,小弟在EBAY上前前后后list了十几件产品,bid没有一个,只有一封邮件问可不可以pickup和用registered mail.

描述太简单,图片太难看,标题都是废话

feedback为0,建议买几个东西先。不要轻易买电子书之类,容易被封帐号

感谢两位回复。

格林威治老大是山东人?我是青岛的。还请多多指教。不过小弟还不想练葵花宝典,所以自残的事还是暂时不考虑。

jimmy_fu老大,英语不好,只能慢慢的抄抄。图片我已尽量用shellit 在太阳地里拍,不过水平实在有限,有什么建议尽管提。feedback做买家和卖家是一样的么?大家都是经营什么的可以互通有无。

Before I can "指点迷津", can you answer these questions:
Have you done your homework?做了一点点,我选的产品在国内是比较火的,主要是桃木,有部分是梨木,从梳子,发簪,项链到壁挂烟缸都有,全部手工制作,设计雕刻都不错(有点像在做广告)。初涉商海没考虑太多,估计考虑太多的话就下不来了。
What marketing research have you done?老实说没有,我喜欢,老婆喜欢,有个从商多年的朋友认为不错,建议我试一试。
Do you know who are your competitors?ebay上单纯说木梳来说还没有,只能是两个原因1,别人没发现的商机 2,被大家抛弃的市场。严格的说铁梳,塑料梳都是竞争对手,还真不少。
What do they sell?
How do they sell?有power seller 在。
How well do they sell?
Do you know yourself?我能算是长处的地方就是货源,求大家指点迷津就是想更多的把劣势转换为优势,至少不是太差。

好久没考试了,一脑门子汗。

Use "wood comb", don't use "wooden comb"
If you search ebay for "wood comb" and narrow down to "Completed listings", you will see the ended listings. Your s/h is too high. Ebay will end your listing if there is any complaint.

1。这种产品不好卖,而且运费高。如果流失量大,你就是100%位ebay打工,到你手上的利就太少。
2。客人需求量少。如果你买那种玛瑙,银木梳,都好过你的东西。

真打算做的话,一开始总要赔本赚点吆喝的。给自己定个赔的上限,至少坚持到那个时候。
9毛9的货,收十几块钱的运费,一般是老eBayer搞的噱头,你没一点好反馈,一开始还是收实在点的运费好,Canada Post运这么个小东东,收个1.99可以保本的。

花相当的时间研究市场,然后作好自己的定位。知己知彼,杀出血路。
既然你有工艺品的货源,干脆就定位平价质高工艺品。做多几个系列。
产品描述要强调“手工”,“自然”,“唯一”,“独特”,“历史”,“原*".
降低运费.
建立feedbacks,杀出血路.

感谢S-LED 和taihe的鼓励,现在缺的就是鼓励。我感到疑惑的就是运费定价的问题,1。99可保本的话我就都改过来。大家是在ebay 上直接发货么?

littletrees和 格林威治说话很实在,不过我想试一试,3个月的时间不行就算了。现在就退却不心甘。

除了桃木就是桃木。(主要是桃木)桃之妖的产品,国内还算火。还有包配,发簪,发卡等。
